Meet Coach Tien Ly

Coach Tien has 20 years of experience coaching and developing athletes of all ages. As the Hitting Director for Mission Fastpitch, he works with players from the beginning stages of the game through advanced, national-level competition.
His specialties include hitting, catching, fielding, and throwing for both softball and baseball players. Tien combines proven mechanics with Blast Motion, Rapsodo, OnForm video analysis, Pocket Radar, and objective performance measurements to create a personalized development plan for every athlete.
More importantly, Coach Tien knows how to connect with players. His teaching builds confidence through evidence while developing the mental strength, discipline, accountability, and love of the game that carry far beyond the field.
